LONDON (Reuters) – Council chiefs in Birmingham were left red-faced when they mistakenly used a picture of their U.S. namesake in Alabama on thousands of official leaflets.

Pamphlets about recycling in the West Midlands bore an image showing the skyline of the city in the Deep South.

Back in Business

During my college years, I spent untold amounts of money and time as I trained to become a professional parliamentarian–that is, an expert on how to run meetings effectively and efficiently. When I went to seminary, I kind of gave it up in order to focus completely on my studies, but I have recently decided to get back into the business on a part-time basis.
